Tremont Street in flower
Tremont Street garden in flower, with Stipa gigantea, Euphorbia, California poppy…
This is an example of a garden that gets no additional water and no real maintenance either. Granted it doesn’t always look this good. But I drive by and take a look at it often, and the thing is, it usually doesn’t look terrible either. Once last year the owner (it’s a rental property) apparently sent his crew in to chop everything down to the ground. After a few months of looking like a wasteland, most of it came back up again, and it looked like a garden again.
